Not one but four representatives from the Dallas Mavericks, including general manager Donnie Nelson, watched on Tuesday KK Cibona beating KK Cedevita (85-84) for the Croatian domestic league. And of course they had their reasons. Actually one, named Dario Saric.
The word is that the 19 years old Croatian forward who has declared himself eligible for the NBA draft in June will stay on the board this year, since he knows that in 2014 there will be too many other strong candidates entering the draft. Of course he is expected to be picked in the first round and he will probably make the jump to the NBA somewhere between the two next seasons.
