Valencia’s troubles continue in Liga Endesa after the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague as Gran Canaria beat them with ease.

A good 25-13 start in the first quarter led to an 87-78 win for Gran Canaria which now had a 13-8 record and remains on the race for the home court advantage in the playoffs.

Valencia is tied in the second spot with FC Barcelona Lassa and a 14-7 record. Ondrej Balvin with 15 points and Anzejs Pasecniks with 13 led the charge in a balanced effort for the home team.

Captain Rafa Martinez with 14 points was the top scorer of the guests, however, Valencia was trailing by 19 points (71-52) at the end of the third period and never really got into the game.
