Imbroda, former Spanish NT head coach who has led the team to many glorious moments in the past, has written an emotional letter in which he revealed he has been battling prostate cancer since 2016 and Panathinaikos‘ coach opened up today’s press conference with a message for him.
“First of all, I would like to give my best regards to Javier Imbroda, who’s battling with prostate cancer, and encourage him to go through it and win, just like he’s done with so many battles in his life”, mentioned Pascual. “He’s one of the greatest Spanish coaches”.
“Fight for life and don’t doubt that it’s possible”, was Imbroda’s main message on his letter.
