Despite having already secured top spot in Group H, Valencia made a statement blowout win vs Alba Berlin on the road, sending a message to its opponents.

Seven players scored in double-digits as Valencia crushed Alba 99 – 73 in Berlin to march in the quarterfinals with a perfect 6 – 0 record.

The Albatrosses, that played without main point guard Peyton Siva (out with an abductor injury), finished the Top 16 stage with only one victory and this game held no interest to them since they were already out of next phase.

Viacheslav Kravtsov paced the winners with 18 points plus 5 rebounds. Sam Van Rossom added a season-high 17 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds for a 27 in PIR while Bojan Dubljevic pitched in 16 points plus 8 rebounds.

For the hosts, Elmedin Kikanovic and Carl English dropped 18 points apiece.
