Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius added size and deep range to its roster by inking center Travis Peterson to a one-year deal, the club announced Thursday.

Peterson (2.08 meters, 32 years old) arrives from Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem, where he averaged 6.9 points and 3.7 rebounds in 19 7DAYS EuroCup games last season.

He helped Jerusalem win the Israeli double – league and cup titles -, as well as reaching the EuroCup semifinals. Peterson had an outstanding 2015-16 EuroCup campaign with Avtodor Saratov, averaging 18.1 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 16 games before joining Valencia Basket. He ranked fifth in performance index rating average (19.4 per game) in the Eurocup that season, and was third in scoring. Peterson started his professional career in Bulgaria, playing for Rilski Sportiv Samokov and Lukoil Academic before joining Czech side Prostejov. He also played for Hoverla Ivano-Frankivsk of Ukraine and Rio Nature Monbus of Spain. Peterson helped Rilski win the Balkan League title in 2009 and conquered the Bulgarian double – league and cup titles – with Lukoil in 2011.

The club also announced the arrival of Mindaugas Lukauskis, who inked a one-year deal. Lukauskis (1.98 meters, 38 years old) is set to start his third stint with the club and his ninth season with Rytas
