Barcelona’s Rodions Kurucs has been successfully operated after his injury on his right knee which he suffered a few days ago, as reported on Mundo Deportivo.
Kurucs suffered a sprained medial meniscus in his right knee during a workout.
The Latvian forward participated in Barcelona’s preseason games, for the first team under the orders of coach Georgios Bartzokas.
His needed time to recover has not yet been specified. Kurucs, born in 1998, is considered one of the best prospects of his age in Europe.
