The final score was 69-62 as Alex Tyus (19 p. 9 r. 2 bl.), Blake Schilb (16 p. 9 r., 5 as.) and Jon Diebler (14 p. 4/4 3p.)  led their team to just its 7th win of the season.

The hosts got 18 points by Alexander Vezenkov and 15 by Petteri Koponen, however once more they couldn’t finish the game the right way and with an 8-14 record they are far away from the playoffs and into their worst ever EuroLeague season.

Barcelona managed to get a 16-10 advantage at the end of the first quarter, the answer of Galatasaray was a 16-4 run (24-20), still the hosts managed to finish the first half with a two points lead (28-26) and started the second with an 8-2 run (36-28) thanks to Vezenkov and Koponen. At the end of the third period Galatasaray trailed by five (50-45). Still the two teams were tied at 50 with nine minutes left on the clock and everything was possible at this point.

After an 11-2 run Galatasaray got the lead again (56-52), Barcelona’s answer was one more 5-0 run (57-56) but the rest of the game belonged to Galatasaray. The guests got a 67-59 advantage with one minute left as Barcelona couldn’t score for four minutes and the rest is history.
