Considering the fact that most of fans in the Chat were Panathinaikos supporters one of the first questions was about his possible return to Panathinaikos: “Now I am with Fenerbahce. I have a contract for another three years and I feel very happy here. And more important than the contract is that I have fans and management that make me happy. They respect me and I respect them. Those who know me know that the only thing I care is the next game and it’s tomorrow against Tofa Bursa. I only look at short term. And since I signed for three years, my mind is only here. I have a contract with Fenerbahce for the next few years and I do not think about anything further”.

He was also asked again why he left Panathinaikos: “I have explained everything that happened in 2012. There is no reason to go back and say something more. I am very proud of what happened during my 13 years in Panathinaikos”.

He also spoke about the differences of the Turkish and the Greek league and also about Athens and Istanbul: “At this point the Turkish Championship is much more competitive than the Greek. In the past, Greece had many strong teams like AEK, Aris, PAOK, Panionios, Hercules and Maroussi. You remember how difficult it was to beat them on the road. The same is true here. All teams are competitive. For thw two cities I have to say that Istanbul is an incredibly big city and the major difference is that it’s more difficult to travel around the city”.

For the love of Panathinaikos’ friends he added: “I have felt it before, I still feel it and hopefully I will in the future. Whatever happens in my life will always have the fans of Panathinaikos in my heart. ”

And that’s why he never though about signing with Olympiacos: “I have great respect for Olympiacos. But this is impossible for me. I always have Panathinaikos in my heart and I can not go to Olympiacos or any other team in Greece”.

For Kosta Slouka and his future: “Kostas is two years with us. The contribution we got from him was really great. He is a player who likes to work hard. Unfortunately he had injuries this season and this left him behind. But he worked hard. It is important that after the end of the season we will sit down with the president and GM Maurizio Gerardini to discuss and keep the same core. We’ll see”.
