One more player of Brose Bamberg stand outs is leaving the roster of the German champs. French guard Fabien Causeur returns to Spain for Real Madrid.

According to Eurohoops sources, which were confirmed by the French Basketball Federation, the two sides have reached a deal for a two year contract which is expected to be finalized and announced soon Causeur made his name as a member of Baskonia and he returns to Spain as a 30 years old veteran in the most mature era of his career to Madrid.
Causeur played in Baskonia, then named Laboral Kutxa between 2012 and 2016 and he signed last season in Brose Bamberg. He started his career at Le Havre (2005-2009) and then played for Cholet between 2009 and 2012.
His contract with Brose Bamberg included an opt out clause for this summer and Real Madrid was interested also back in 2015 to sign him. Two years later, the deal is finally going to happen.
