Zalgiris Kaunas announced that its former and retired player Robertas Javtokas is the club’s new sports director.
37-year-old Javtokas will replace Ginas Rutkauskas, who, according to Donatas Urbonas, is in talks with Brose Bamberg and Russian clubs.
Javtokas, who put an end to his 20-year-old career earlier in June, has been a part of Zalgiris‘ organization since 2011.
