Valencia announced that Spanish swingman Alberto Abalde will stay out of action for two to three weeks due to an injury he suffered during the warm-up of last night’s EuroLeague game vs Barcelona.
The examinations that Abalde underwent this morning revealed a strain on the distal insertion of his left quadriceps tendon thus coach Txus Vidorreta won’t count on him for the aforementioned time-frame.
Valencia also announced that Montenegrin forward/center Bojan Dubljevic is questionable for Sunday’s (19/11) Spanish League match against Barcelona since he has a sternocostal contusion after a blow he received to the chest in the teams’ EuroLeague match.
