Even though Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens, defeated Milan at home, in the third period Nick Calathes suffered a shoulder injury.

The November MVP is expected to be examined and Xavi Pascual shared the latest details on the injury: “I don’t want to predict anything, but at the end of the game he could not move his hand. The doctors will examine him, but I’m not a doctor, and thus I cannot say anything more. If we lose him we are going to be a different team, but this does not mean that we will not be able to find a way to win.

Pascual’s initial comments on the game: “It was a tough game for us, we could not find a way to play great defense. They have a great team even though they have only three wins. They have great talent, and have been unlucky this year and have lost games within small details in the end.”

On the players he used for little time: “For the journalists, when we lose, the best players are the ones who don’t play. Every game is different, I don’t have any problems with any players, and I do my best for us to have the best result. I try helping each player in order for him to be ready. Finally, I have to make some decisions in order for us to win.”

On the team’s great second half (s) and Zalgiris, he jokingly said: “I see that you are not so happy with our game tonight. When you remind me of Zalgiris, you tease me. I have a list of excuses about the game in Kaunas, but I’m not going to tell them”.
