Maccabi Tel Aviv is searching for a player that could fill a vacancy on the team’s frontline and is interested in American forward/center Jackie Carmichael, according to Eurohoops sources.
Carmichael has several offers from other European teams as well and is seriously considered by the “Yellows” that need a player in his position.
In 2017-2018, Carmichael played in Turkey for Usak Sportif. The 28-year-old player averaged 13.3 points, 7 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 23 games of the Turkish BSL League. Among his performances, was a 34-point, 16-rebound game vs. Trabzonspor.
Carmichael is also quite familiar with the Israeli League since he has been a player of Maccabi Rishon and Maccabi Ashdod. He has also played for Bilbao in Spain and Banvit in Turkey.
