With Giannis Bourousis doing practically whatever he wanted on the floor, Panathinaikos took yet another victory in the Greek League.

The veteran center posted a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds, dished out 3 assists and won nine fouls, as Panathinaikos beat Lavrio 85 – 64, improving its Greek League record to 21-1 and retaining its place at the top of the standings.

Their opponents are now outside the playoffs zone, at the ninth spot with a 8 – 14 win/loss ratio.

It was a matter of… one quarter for the Greens that more or less finished the match before it started by taking a 25 – 6 lead at the first quarter.

Considering the quality difference between the two teams, it was more than enough for Panathinaikos and way too much for Lavrio that only had Shawn Evans (12 points, 7 rebounds) and Kevin Pander (12 points) in double figures.

Meanwhile, Nick Calathes had 14 points plus 6 assists and KC Rivers for PAO
