Former EuroLeague champion Panagiotis Vassilopoulos was the decisive figure in the road victory of Aris Thessaloniki over Lavrio.

A three-pointer with one second remaining courtesy of veteran forward Panagiotis Vassilopoulos allowed Aris escape Lavrio 71 – 70 and grab its second win in the 2017-2018 Greek League campaign.

Vassilopoulos finished with 8 points while Kwame Vaughn scored a game-high 18 points and Giannis Athinaiou added 11 points.

Dimitris Kaklamanakis had 11 for Lavrio.

Earlier, PAOK registered its first victory in the season by outplaying Kymki 94 – 83 behind 17 points by Lucky Jones and AEK beat Rethymno 81 – 74 with Dusan Sakota blazing (24 points).
