The victory of Sidigas Avellino over Pesaro along with Reggio Emilia’s win vs Reyer Venezia away from home brought a slight change at the top places of the Italian League standings.

Avellino is now the sole holder of the second spot with Venezia falling to the third place with a 12 – 7 record. In the meantime, Reggio Emilia climbed fourth where Dinamo Sassari also sits after making short work of a continuously disappointing Cantu.

Standings leader Olimpia Milano is still overlooking the rest of the teams from afar since the victory over Brescia improved its record to 16 – 3.
