Nanterre seals the third spot in the French playoffs

The French league playoffs’ map is starting to look a bit more clear with two spots remaining to be claimed.

Nanterre secured the third position in the Pro A standings, after beating Pau-Lacq-Orthez 71-73. Regardless of Week 34 results, the first six spots are sealed: 1. Monaco, 2. Chalon, 3. Nanterre, 4. Strasbourg, 5-Pau-Lacq-Orthez, 6-Paris Levallois, with spots 7 and 8 remaining open to -likely- Le Portel and Asvel.

Heiko Schaffartzik paced Nanterre with 20 points, while Alain Koffi also dropped 20 for fifth-placed Pau.
