Injury woes are part of the game and with Nick Calathes being the latest star who went down, here’s which EuroLeague teams have faced big issues so far and which are more than lucky.

Israeli portal Walla counted one by one all the absences of the sixteen teams in the EuroLeague, as well as the players who have competed in all games up to Round 11. Below, you can see which clubs have been lucky enough to avoid serious injury problems and which clubs have had to deal with the most important long-term injuries of players who have a place in their rotation.

The reason for the survey was the lack of absences for Maccabi Tel Aviv and Zalgiris Kaunas, who have been the competition’s “lucky ones” so far. On the other side, there is Real Madrid, who have been dealing with numerous problems from the beginning of this season. Below is the table containing the number of absentees for every club regarding players with at least 12 minutes of playing time per game.

The zeros for Tel Aviv’s team and Sarunas Jasikevicius’s squad have turned into ones after Round 12 due to the absences of Michael Roll and Edgaras Ulanovas, respectively. Also, Olympiacos’performance will now be “boosted” with the absence of Dimitrios Agravanis for the remainder of the season.
