Sasha Obradovic was hired after the start of the season, replacing Greek coach Fotis Katsikaris. His results and the performance of the team was enough in order for Lokomotiv to extend his contract, since the initial deal included an extension option just for next season.
The new extension has officially been announced and it remains to be seen if Lokomotiv Kuban under Obradovic can return to the EuroLeague.
