The VTB League announced that Nando De Colo was named the VTB United League November MVP.
De Colo beat Lokomotiv-Kuban center Frank Elegar and CSKA forward Nikita Kurbanov for the award.
The French combo guard helped CSKA to a 2-0 record over the past month. He especially impressed in the win against rival Khimki, dishing out nine assists to go with 23 points.
Against PARMA, De Colo put up a career-high 39 efficiency rating on 34 points, leading Moscow to a nervy win at home.
De Colo averaged 28.5 points, 6.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals and a 33 efficiency rating in November.
“It’s always nice to receive awards“, noted Nando De Colo. “I think we played well in November. The team practiced a lot. We tried to improve our play and we can see we are getting results. That’s why I think the entire team played a part in receiving this award”, Nando finished it.
