It has been more than three months since the Spanish swingman underwent a surgery on his back after he was diagnosed with a herniated disk. Now, Rudy Fernandez is ready to step back on court. His return is expected to take place this Sunday, in the Liga Endesa game against Andorra.

Everyone in Real Madrid, and especially Rudy himself, is counting the days for his return. As the Spanish AS reports, the player has been already training in full rhythm for more than a week with the rest of his teammates. While initially there were some thoughts on using him against CSKA Moscow, coach Pablo Laso decided to not take any risks.

Thus, Rudy will not travel with the rest of the team in Kaunas, for the Euroleague game versus Zalgiris and, so that he will be… 101% ready to play in the match with Andorra.
