Overtime was needed after a three by Nando De Colo in order to have a winner, but in the end Serbia prevailed in Belgrade against France (94-88) in the second preparation game between the two teams.

Miroslav Raduljca with 17 points led all scorers and Nemanja Nedovic added 16 for the winners. Bogdan Bogdanovic (13 p., 5 as.), Milos Teodosic (10 p., 4 as.), Nikola Kalinic (10 p.) and Nikola Jokic (10 p., 9 r.) were the other four players of Serbia who scored in double digits.

Nando De Colo scored 16 points for France, Jokic’s teammate in the Nuggets Joffrey Lauvergne added 14 points and 8 rebounds, while Spurs star Tony Parker had 12 points and 8 assists. As both teams are preparing for two separated pre-Olympic qualifying tournament – the Serbs are the hosts in Belgrade and France will travel to Philippines – they demonstrated once again that they are among the favorites to get a spot in Rio.
