Crvena Zvezda (18-0) extended its phenomenal winning streak in ABA League by beating Krka (5-13), Buducnost (13-5) confirmed its superiority against Igokea (9-9), Cedevita (13- 5) downed Mega Leks and Partizan Belgrade (14-4) was stunned by Union Olimpija (8-10).

This stories are all fine and dandy but what deservedly stole the spotlight’s attention this week in the championship, was Isaiah Austin’s first game as a pro. The American center, who was finally cleared to play basketball at a competitive level in 2016, after being diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome in 2014, is back at doing what he enjoys best.

Austin debuted for FMP (7-11), the club with which he signed his first professional contract earlier this month, in the game vs Mornar Bar (6-12). In the 11:20 minutes he stayed on court, he scored 9 points (on 3/5 two-pointers, 1/1 from downtown), grabbed 4 rebounds, stole the ball once and threw one block while his team won 92 – 85.

Check out the results of the 18th ABA gameday.
