Fraport Skyliners came back from a 12-point third-quarter deficit to edge out Varese 66-62 in the first ever FIBA Europe Cup final and won the first European trophy in club history.

The club from Frankfurt closed the game the right way with American point guard Jordan Theodore finishing the game with 8 points during the last 2 minutes for a total of 13. Quantez Robertson with 15 points was the top scorer. From the losing side Chris Wright had 19 points and Maalik Wayns added 16.

Final Four hosts Elan Chalon prevailed in the game for third place and got the 103-72 win over Enisey Krasnoyarsk Territory.
