Ukraine achieved three wins in equal games at the international friendly tournament in Tallinn after beating Israel 84-67. Oleksandr Ryabchuk and Viacheslav Kravtsov scored 15 points each to pace the winners. Ukraine had a 38-37 halftime advantage, but soon expanded and reached an easy win.
Netherlands beat Great Britain with 71-83. Five players of the winners scored in double digits, leading the team to a comfortable victory. Worthy de Jong led with 15 points. Great Britain lost the second quarter 27-2 but won the third 23-7, then saw their comeback stall in the last three minutes.
The two teams will face each other again, before the British take over Hungary in their first EuroBasket qualifier on Wednesday.
