MoraBanc Andorra was the first ACB League team that returned to training this Monday. Players were able to practice individually and some even worked on their shooting while keeping all needed sanitary measures, for the first time since March 12 when practices stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic.

I think you can train well at home and maintain your physical condition. We have improved in strength, anaerobic resistance and we have done a lot of mobility work. Of course, basketball work can only be done on the court”, Andorra trainer Miguel Angel Rodellar told MARCA.

Andorra’s first pieces of training are planned with individual player sessions, while there will be 20-minute intervals in order to disinfect the spaces used by players and coaching staff.
