BAXI Manresa has done what no one has done this season: beat Barcelona at Palau with the final score being 83-82 as the winners got to a 8-6 record and the seventh spot in the standings while the Blaugrana dropped to 9-5 and the 4th position.
Nicolas Laprovitolla and Jan Vesely had a last chance to win the game but both couldn’t score in the closing seconds of a game for the 15th round of the Liga Endesa.
It was all about offense with Manresa attemmpting 29 three-pointers and just 19 two-pointers and Marcis Steinbergs with 15 points was the top scorer of the winners.
Dario Brizuela scored 17 points for the losing side.
