Real Madrid maintains impressive form, secures 13th victory in ACB League

After 14 rounds in the EuroLeague and 14 in the ACB League, Real Madrid has suffered only two defeats. Including the Spanish Supercup, that’s two losses in 30 games.

Defending European champions improved to 13-1 in the ACB standings with a 74-85 win over Monbus Obradoiro on the road, with the home team falling to 5-9.

Dzanan Musa led the scoring for the winning side with 17 points, while Mario Hezonja followed with 16. Walter Tavares added 13 points, and Facundo Campazzo was spared before the upcoming EuroLeague double week. Chus Mateo used 11 players, with 10 of them entering the scorer’s sheet.

Tres Tinkle stood out for Obradoiro with 18 points, Thomas Scrubb added 14, while Jordan Howard and Artem Pustovyi scored 13 points each.

Obradoiro opened the match, winning the first quarter 19-15, but Real Madrid immediately responded with a 10-2 run at the start of the second period to regain control. The guests remained in front for the rest of the match, with the surplus going to the maximum of 53-69 in the final 10 minutes.
