After getting destroyed by Zalgiris Kaunas, Barça needed an easy win. And that’s what it got against Río Breogán.
The Blaugrana team jumps to a 2-2 record in Liga Endesa after defeating the Galician team 100-85, which is now 1-3.
Will Clyburn was the game’s top scorer with 21 points, keeping Barça afloat when things weren’t looking good for the home team.
Myles Cale had his best team with the blaugrana jersey, finishing with 13 points and some spectacular highlights both on defense and offense. Joel Parra also had 14 points.
Alonso (17p.) and Brankovic (15p.) were the guests’ top scorers.
Despite enjoying a ten-point lead after the first quarter (28-18), the game was far from being easy for Barça. A 17-3 run for the away team turned the tables, and the guests got a lead (37-33) that made everybody at Palau very nervous.
But in the second half, it was all about Barça, which had no problem managing the lead for a much-needed win.
