Real Madrid (15-5) fell to Gran Canaria (13-8) at home with 81-93.

Led by Kyle Kuric’s 19 points and Anzejs Pasecniks’ 16, the visitors edged Real and improved their record in the Spanish league standings.

Sergio Llull’s 28-point performance wasn’t enough to save the Whites in the end.

The visitors took the Madrid side by storm in the first period, leading with 23-9 after 10 minutes and kept double-figure leads throughout the second quarter. Pablo Laso’s team reduced to 33-44 at halftime.

In the third quarter, the hosts approached for the first time in the game and Randolph placed them just 2 points behind at 18′, 58-60. After 30 minutes, the visitors were still up by 58-64.

Even though the hosts reduced again in the final quarter, it was impossible to grab the lead of the game and eventually surrendered.
