Pablo Laso’s squad ended a difficult season in the most rewarding way, both by winning the EuroLeague and now the ACB League title! Real Madrid defeated Baskonia in Game 4 of the ACB League finals with 96-85, clinching the Spanish championship title, the 34th in the club’s history.

It was a special night for Rudy Fernandez, who put on a show against Baskonia with a season-high of 27 points (6/9 from afar).

Fernandez’s three-point feast (4/5 in the first half), gave the visitors the upper hand while going to the lockers (42-38 at 20′) and from that point on, they never lost the lead.

The intensity of the game grew stronger in the final period, causing cold stares between Gustavo Ayon and Johannes Voigtmann, as the Madrid side established a 10-point lead (72-62, 33′). Soon, Real managed to seal the outcome.

Soon-to-be-drafted Luka Doncic finished the game with eight points and he contributed in different sides of the court with seven rebounds and two assists.
