The 25-year-old power forward Stefan Jankovic has been a hot topic in Serbian media throughout the whole summer due to legal circumstances of him parting ways with Crvena Zvezda mts.
Although there were rumors circling that he might go with Zvezda’s arch-rival Partizan NIS, Jankovic might actually be moving to Spain next as Fuenlabrada is reportedly very interested in the young player, according to Basketballsphere.
The Spanish club asked the Serbian Basketball Federation for a letter of clearance which would allow Jankovic to freely sign a contract and debut with a new club as soon as possible.
