Marco Bellinelli became the third European who wins the three point shootout contest in an NBA All-Star Game! The Italian forward of San Antonio Spurs made it at New Orleans and wrote history after Peja Stojakovic, who won it twice (2002-2003) and Dirk Nowitzki who did it eight years ago.
Although he made a decent effort, Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t qualify to the second round of the skills challenge. The winners in that contest were Damian Lillard and Trey Burke.
