Sasha Djordjevic and Serbia are in the quarterfinals and they don’t hide their ambitions. When the Serbian coach was asked if he feels his team is ready and more mature to go all the way, he didn’t hide what he thinks.

“I believe my team is more ready and more mature compared to one year go. So yes, our goal is to go all the way”. That will not be easy, however. Speaking for the win over Finland, he added: “We opened the game completely nervous. That was something we shouldn’t do. No game can be won in the first three shots or the first three minutes. That put some pressure on us, which was unacceptable. We have to go step-by-step, minute-by-minute. I preach that. Any teams that we will play from here on is strong enough to beat each other. We know what we have to do. We know our strengths and weaknesses. We have our goal and our mission and we will fight to get there”.
