A partnership between the Basketball Federation of Slovenia and MatchWornShirt extended to the men’s senior national team and jerseys worn in EuroBasket 2025 by all 12 players, including Luka Doncic.

Bids launched on Monday and will continue until Sunday. Naturally, jersey #77 signed by Doncic gathered the most interest, with the current highest bid just under 3,000 euros, as of Thursday.

The specific blue jerseys for sale in the auction were prepared for the EuroBasket fixtures versus France on August 30, Iceland on September 2, Israel on September 4, Italy on September 7, and Germany on September 10, but were not used during the games, beyond warm-up sessions on some occasions.

After elimination at the hands of eventual champion Germany in the Quarterfinals, captain Doncic and other players signed them in the locker room.

Slovenia went from a 0-2 start in Katowice to a 3-2 record in pool play to rank third in Group B. In the knockout stage and Riga, a win over second-seeded Italy clinched a berth in the Quarterfinals, before a campaign-ending loss to Germany.

On the way to the All-Star Five of the FIBA tournament, the Ljubljana native averaged 34.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 2.7 steals, and 0.6 blocks per contest over the seven games. His side sat seventh in the final standings.

Back in the NBA, the 2025-26 challenge for Doncic marks his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers and eighth since entering the league as the third pick in the 2018 draft.
