Dan Clark: “We can’t be happy with anything”

Despite often putting up a fight against some EuroBasket medal contenders, Great Britain completed the tournament with a 0 – 5 record. For Dan Clark, finishing winless is another sign that British basketball still has a long way to go in order to seriously compete in major competitions.

“We came to the EuroBasket to win games and we didn’t win anything. So we can’t be happy with anything at the moment,” Clark (2nd best performer and scorer for Great Britain with 12.2 PIR and 13.2 points per game respectively) told Eurohoops following the defeat to Russia.
