Amedeo Della Valle reportedly wants out of Gran Canaria

By Eurohoops team / info@eurohoops.net

Amedeo Della Valle and Javier Beiran sat out Gran Canaria’s last week ACB game Unicaja Malaga, due to some physical problems as coach Porfi Fisac stated after the game, though according to reports by La Provincia, there is an underlying issue in the team.

As mentioned in the report, the two players have had several conflicts with coach Fisac, leading to their limited use in Gran Canaria’s rotation. The team currently ranks at the bottom of the ACB standings with only one victory after six games.

The Italian guard, who arrived in the team this summer from Olimpia Milano, indeed faced physical problems, but he was already fully recovered and did not see minutes of play last Sunday. Given the situation, Della Valle has already asked his agent to find him other options in the market, in order to leave Gran Canaria as soon as possible.

UPDATE: According to sources, neither Della Valle nor Beiran had any physical problems or injury issues and were fully available to play in the game vs. Unicaja Malaga.
