Promitheas has signed point guard Jawun Evans for the remainder of the season, the Greek club announced Saturday. 24-year-old Evans spent the 2019-20 season with Raptors 905 in the NBA G-League and this will be his first experience overseas.

Evans was selected with the 39th pick in the second round of the 2017 NBA draft by the Philadelphia 76ers and made his NBA debut with the LA Clippers before moving to G-League.

He moved to Phoenix Suns for the 2018-19 season shortly before joining the Northern Arizona Suns and Oklahoma City Blue in the G-League.

Evans was part of the US U19 team that won gold in the 2015 World U19 championship in Heraklion, Greece.
