Yam Madar has transferred from Hapoel Tel Aviv to Partizan NIS, the Israeli and Serbian teams announced Wednesday.

Madar, 20, had one year left in his previous contract. He inked a three-year contract with Partizan and is expected to soon join the training camp ahead of the 2021-22 editions of the 7DAYS EuroCup and ABA League.

The Israeli point guard is fresh off his NBA Summer League stint with the Boston Celtics. He lasted three games with 4.7 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per match in Las Vegas before getting sidelined by a groin injury. His NBA rights remain in Boston.

The latest newcomer for Partizan had 17.1 points, 5.2 assists, and 3.0 rebounds per contest in Israel’s Winner League last season.

The team led by Zeljko Obradovic has put up an impressive list of summer additions with Alen Smailagic, Dallas Moore, Zach LeDay, Rodions Kurucs, Aleksa Avramovic, and Kevin Punter coming in prior to Madar.
