Vladimir Mihailovic is back for Buducnost, Jon Davis and Rasheed Sulaimon to Lithuania

Nine years after ending a successful spell with Buducnost VOLI, Vladimir Mihailovic returned to the team based in Podgorica en route to the 2023-24 edition of BKT EuroCup.

Mihailovic, 33, moved his talents from Germany and Belgium to Poland and Belarus before joining Mornar Barsko zlato to return to Montenegro in 2021. Similar to 2010, when he moved from Mornar Bar to Buducnost, he followed the same path.

Carrying the experience of 43 games played in the second-tier club continental competition of Euroleague Basketball from his first stint with Buducnost, he joined Allerik Freeman, Andrija Grbovic, Aleksa Ilic, Marko Jagodic-Kuridza, Marvin Jones, Fletcher Magee, Petar Popovic, Colbey Ross, Andrija Slavkovic, JaCorey Williams, and McKinley Wright IV on the squad for play-caller Petar Mijovic.

Jon Davis joins Lietkabelis

Former Charlotte standout Jon Davis will make his debut in EuroCup. Inking a one-year contract with 7bet-Lietkabelis set him up for continental action. The team located in Panevezys previously confirmed Dovis Bickauskis, Alen Hadzibegovic, Liutauras Lelevicius, Vytenis Lipkevicius, Gabas Maldunas, Gediminas Orelik, Deividas Sirvydis, Dziugas Slavinskas, and Martynas Varnas on the roster with Roberts Stelmahers taking over the head-coaching duties in late June.

Rasheed Sulaimon checks in with the Wolves

Returning to EuroCup following the productive campaign with JL Bourg in 2021-22, Rasheed Sulaimon emerged as the latest addition for the Wolves. Moving his talents to Vilnius on a one-year contract, the 29-year-old guard was placed alongside Arnas Berucka, Djordje Gagic, Adas Juskevicius, Vitalijus Kozys, Christian Mekowulu, Regimantas Miniotas, Jeffery Taylor, Tre’Shawn Thurman, Kristupas Zemaitis, and Eigirdas Zukauskas for the team coached by Kestutis Kemzura.

Lefteris Bochoridis officially returns to Aris

Aris Midea reunited with Lefteris Bochoridis, extending the report of Eurohoops on a deal with the 29-year-old combo guard. Set for a third spell with the team based in Thessaloniki, his new teammates include Manny Bates, Roberts Blumbergs, Marcus Carr, Silvio De Sousa, Ronnie Harrell, Dimitris Katsivelis, Nikos Persidis, Ismael Sanogo, and Diamantis Slaftsakis.
