Hunter Hale officially left AEK to join Bahcesehir in the BKT EuroCup

After two years in Greece, Hunter Hale will now continue his playing career in Turkiye, as he signed with Bahcesehir Koleji to try to deliver in the BKT EuroCup as well.

He was one of the best players on Dragan Sakota’s AEK, reaching the Basketball Champions League Final played at home, in Athens.

Hunter Hale put up 15.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in 17 games throughout the whole BCL season.

In the Greek domestic league, reaching the 3rd place, he put up 14.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 28 Greek League games last season.

Before joining AEK, Hunter Hale spent time in New Zealand with the Nelson Giants and in Serbia with Borac Čačak.

Then, in the 2023-24 season, he moved to Greece to sign with Promitheas Patras. There, he led the whole Greek League in scoring, averaging 16.7 points in 28 games.
