Dolomiti Energia Trento welcomed 27-year-old Matas Jogela on a two-year contract, as announced on Saturday. After introducing himself in the BKT EuroCup with Wolves Twinsbet during the 2024-25 season, tallying 6.5 points and 4.1 rebounds per contest over 17 appearances, the Lithuanian winger is back for a second straight campaign. Earlier club continental experience amounted to 24 Basketball Champions League games as a Rio Breogan and Neptunas player.

Dealing with offseason injuries to Leopold Delaunay and Adrian Nelson, JL Bourg returned to the market and signed 26-year-old combo forward JT Shumate, the French side announced on Friday. The former Toledo standout will debut in the EuroCup after making his way to 16 BCL games with ERA Nymburk in the 2024-25 campaign.

Also on Friday, Niners Chemnitz added to the roster rebuild by announcing 1+1 deals with 26-year-old American guard Nike Sibande and 24-year-old German center Julian Steinfeld. Similar to the German club preparing for the first season in team history, both latest signings are newcomers to the second tier of Euroleague Basketball.

Combining domestic leagues with continental action, Trento, Bourg, and Chemnitz are set to face each other in an 18-game Group B schedule of the 2025-26 Regular Season. Starting from September 30 and running up to February 11, the top two seeds in each of the two groups will advance directly to the Quarterfinals, the teams ranking third through sixth will compete in the Eighthfinals, and the bottom four will be eliminated.
