Turk Telekom dominates Panionios, Buducnost edges Besiktas

Turk Telekom opened BKT EuroCup Round 6 with a commanding performance against Panionios at Ankara Spor Salonu.

Thanks to a dominant second and especially third quarter, Erdem Can’s team cruised to a convincing 95–67 home victory, improving to 4–2 in the Group B standings.

Michael Devoe led the way with 18 points, seven assists, and six rebounds for a PIR of 26, while Jaleen Smith topped the scoring chart with 20 points. Jordan Usher added 13.

On the other side, Keron DeShields scored 17 points, Markel Starks had 11, and Giorgos Tsalmpouris contributed 10.

Elsewhere, Buducnost VOLI hosted Besiktas Emlakjet in Podgorica and claimed an 82–79 win after a tough battle. Rasheed Sulaimon scored the decisive points in the final moments, while Anthony Brown missed a difficult shot that would have sent the game to overtime, allowing the hosts to prevail in Morača.

Sulaimon led Buducnost with 20 points, while Juwan Morgan was the team’s most efficient player, finishing with 12 points, six rebounds, and a PIR of 22. Yogi Ferrell added 13 points, and both Axel Bouteille and Jerry Boutsiele scored eight each.

For Besiktas, Anthony Brown had 15 points and seven rebounds, Devon Dotson followed with 14, Vito Brown scored 13, and Jonah Mathews added 11.

Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse recorded another narrow victory in Round 6, taking down NINERS Chemnitz 85–82 at home.

Both Gach led the winning side with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Kevin Kokila posted a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds. Darius McGhee added 14 points, Will McDowell-White had 13, and Adam Moka contributed 15.

Corey Davis stood out for the German team with 25 points, Robbie Beran followed with 17, while Yordan Minchev and Ty Brewer scored 11 and 10 points respectively.

Elsewhere, Dolomiti Energia Trento defeated Lietkabelis Panevezys 78–74 behind Devante Jones’ 21 points.

DJ Steward added 17 for the Italian team, while Matas Jogela contributed 11. On the other side, Michael Flowers led Lietkabelis with 19 points and seven assists, Augustine Rubit followed with 18 points and six rebounds, while Gabrielius Maldunas added 10.
