In the 16th round of the BKT EuroCup, Bahçeşehir Koleji hosted Greek side Aris.
Trailing by as many as 14 points during the game, Bahçeşehir staged an impressive comeback in the final quarter, with Malachi Flynn hitting a buzzer-beater to secure an 81–79 victory.
Tyler Cavanaugh led Bahçeşehir with 20 points, while Flynn added 19, including the decisive basket. Trevion Williams contributed 13 points and Caleb Homesley 11 to the victory. For Aris, Bryce Jones was the top scorer with 16 points, followed by Amine Noua with 11 and Danilo Andjusic with 10 points.
Neptunas delivered a shock at home, defeating Hapoel Jerusalem 98-92 thanks to standout performances from Richards Lomazs and Arnas Velicka.
Lomazs led all scorers with 31 points, while Velicka narrowly missed a triple-double, finishing with 16 points and 12 assists. For Hapoel Jerusalem, Jared Harper scored 19 points, Khadeen Carrington added 16, and Cassius Winston contributed 15.
Elsewhere, Panionios pulled off a remarkable comeback against London Lions, with Matt Lewis sinking the game-winning free throws in the final moments to seal a 79-78 victory.
Brandon Taylor paced the Greek side with 20 points, while Nate Watson added 10 points and nine rebounds. Chaundee Brown, Tarik Phillip, and Shavar Reynolds led the British side with 16 points apiece.
Hamburg Towers secured their second consecutive win and overall victory with a 99-96 finish over Slask Wroclaw.
Devon Daniels starred for Hamburg with 26 points and eight assists, complemented by L.J. Thorpe’s 14 points and eight assists and Zacharie Perrin’s 13 points and eight rebounds. For Slask, Kadre Gray recorded a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds, while Yusuf Sanon scored 17 and Stefan Djordjevic added 16 points.
The game in Venice went down to the wire, with Reyer narrowly defeating Cedevita Olimpija 86-84. Kyle Wiltjer hit the game-winning basket with three seconds remaining, while Matthewe Hurt missed a potential buzzer-beater at the other end.
Jordan Parks led Neven Spahija’s side with 22 points, Wiltjer added 19, and Carl Wheatle contributed 12 points. For the Slovenian team, Umoja Gibson scored 19 points, Aleksej Nikolic added 12, and D.J. Stewart and Matthewe Hurt chipped in 10 points each.
JL Bourg bounced back with a dominant 97-66 victory over Ulm. Antony Labanca led the scoring with 14 points, Darius McGhee added 13, and Tre Mitchell contributed 12 points along with nine rebounds.
Ulm had only one player in double figures, with Malik Osborne scoring 11 points, while Mark Smith added nine and Christian Sengfelder eight points.
