Turk Telekom secured a victory in the first game of the BKT EuroCup semifinal series against JL Bourg, winning 99-71 away.
Kyle Allman had an excellent game, finishing with 19 points and five rebounds and assists each. Uros Trifunovic added 15, Kyle Alexander 13, while Marko Simonovic scored 12. On the other side, Adam Mokoka led the French team with 16 points, while Bot Gaucher scored 15.
The game in France was decided in the first quarter. The visitors won it convincingly at 32-12, and they further increased their lead by halftime, with the scoreboard showing 54-26 for the visitors. After that, there was no comeback for JL Bourg, who fell on their home ground and now faces a tough path to the final.
The second match will be played on Friday, April 3, with the host being Turkey. Also, on the same day, Bahcesehir will host Besiktas in the second semifinal match, with Besiktas holding the advantage after the first game.
