Clifford Omoruyi will stay at PAOK, at least for the next season. Andrea Trinchieri’s team announced the Nigerian center’s continuation for the 2026-2027 season.

With Omoruyi’s presence, the center position is further strengthened, as the “black and whites” have acquired Kyle Alexander, renewed Ben Moore, and added Dimitris Kaklamanakis as a new face.

“Clifford Omoruyi continues with PAOK for the 2026-27 season. The Nigerian center has been playing with PAOK since early last February and will continue for the 2026-27 season, further strengthening our team’s front line.”

He joined PAOK in February 2026 and with him, the team reached the finals of the FIBA Europe Cup and the semifinals of the Stoiximan GBL.

He played a total of 22 games with the “Double-Headed Eagle of the North” in all competitions. He averaged 7 points and 4.1 rebounds, with outstanding percentages: 65.6% in two-pointers and 75.6% in free throws.
