Unicaja Malaga is reportedly close to an agreement with Amine Noua, the French forward who currently plays for Aris.
According to the “laopiniondemalaga”, the 29-year-old French forward (2.02 m) of Aris is on Unicaja’s radars, however the consent of the Thessaloniki club is also required for the transfer to be completed.
The two sides had signed a new three-year contract in January, as Noua was having a very good season and Aris wanted to “tie him down”.
However, in the meantime, things have changed. Vassilis Spanoulis has taken over as the coach of Aris, and the Greek team has signed several players in the positions that Noua plays, so the Frenchman is convinced that he will not have many minutes.
Noua had a “Euroleague-out” clause until July 15, but nothing happened by then and he officially remains an Aris player for now. He himself believes that he will not have a role and now Malaga is close to signing him, but Aris will ask for a certain amount in order to release him.
