24-year-old Cummings played for Aris Thessaloniki last season, where he made a huge impact, averaging 14.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 31 Greek League games last season, helping his team reach the semifinals.
After a four-year career at Temple University, Cummings played for Rio Grande of the D-League, averaging 20.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists in 52 games before joining Italian side Dolomiti Energia Trento in April 2016.
He is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Darussafaka in the upcoming season.
