The final score was 68-64 thanks to a big three of John Roberson who gave a crucial 68-62 lead to the hosts with 15 seconds left.
In theory, things should have been much more easy for them. ASVEL had a 64-51 lead, however, Reggio Emilia answer was an 11-1 run to make the score 65-62 with 40 seconds left. The French side led by 13 during the third period (51-38) and was in control for most of the second half.
The Italians started the game with a 19-13 lead in the first quarter, but couldn’t keep the same pace. Amedeo Della Valle with 17 points was once more the top scorer of the losing side which now is now tied with ASVEL at 1-1 in the Group H standings.
