Zenit St. Petersburg added two more members to its front line.

After the addition of Phil Scrubb Zenit St. Petersburg boosted its front line with the duo of Jarrod Uthoff and Vlad Trushkin (photo).

The 25 years old Russian left Unics Kazan, while Uthoff is going to have his first season outside the US borders.

According to the EuroCup press releaseRussian squad Zenit St Petersburg made official on Wednesday the addition of forward Jarrod Uthoff for the next campaign. Uthoff (2.03 meters, 25 years old) arrives from the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the G-League where he averaged 16.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 blocks in 51 games. He had started the season with the Houston Rockets of the NBA and later also moved to the Indiana Pacers before playing at Fort Wayne. Uthoff played college ball at Iowa from 2012 to 2016 and made his pro debut in 2016-17 playing in several G-League and NBA teams. This will be Uthoff’s first experience outside the United States and also is debut in the 7DAYS EuroCup.
